The problem
The old website has more complicated user experiences and the information showcase is limited. That’s why the team maps a more detailed version which helps introduce the bank services and products better.
There are also too many elements and features in the old website which make it harder to navigate.
The solution
The website uses mostly pop colors and images and has to give a trustworthy feeling to attract people to their product. The information on their products should be straightforward and simple so it won’t overwhelm the user with various types of products.
Rather than having many sections, we split them into sections and subtabs to make navigation easier. All bank features are highlighted on the homepage and can be accessed directly.
The information and services provided by the bank have been reorganized and grouped to simplify the search process.
The final product, after the comprehensive processes of wireframing and prototyping, features a newly developed, cleaner, and simplified design system along with a template that adheres closely to the updated brand style guide. This design approach ensures consistency and clarity across various screen sizes.
